A combination winery and state-of-the-art event facility, Bianchi’s architecture blends Old World charm with modern accents. The swanky Paso Robles Tasting Room incorporates natural textures like wood and stone, while a vaulted ceiling and lots of windows create an expansive feel. Wedding ceremonies take place out on a manicured lawn with a semi-circular redwood pergola. The winery’s centerpiece is its waterfall-fed lake—serene, refreshing and brimming with koi. A lakeside deck hosts social hours and after-dinner dancing, while large receptions often utilize our vineyard lawn set amidst the estate vineyards, which can be tented for celebrations year round.
