The Central Coast is currently blooming and it has inspired us to highlight some of our favorite floral-centered events and showcase the beauty of floral design in a wedding. A superbloom is a natural phenomenon that occurs when an unusually high number of wildflowers bloom simultaneously, creating a breathtaking display of vibrant colors and scents. The benefits of a superbloom extend far beyond its aesthetic appeal. These vibrant displays have a positive impact on human well-being, as they inspire a sense of wonder and connection with nature, offering moments of tranquility and beauty in our fast-paced lives. Currently in San Luis Obispo County there are areas like the Carrizo Plain National Monument and Shell Creek Road in Santa Margarita that have thriving superblooms. However the flowers are located up and down the Central Coast, including areas that make for wondrous wedding ceremony backdrops. Some of our members do a wonderful job complimenting the superbloom and SLO county nature with their vibrant floral design.
