Settled in the rolling green canyons of Paso Robles lies Booker Vineyard--an intimate and gorgeous winery estate with roots that reach back to the 1920s. From the quality wines to the unique ambiance, this venue has become a special place for many people, including the newlyweds Tay and Taylor Lautner. The two have a history of attending some of Paso Robles' finest wineries throughout the years, including Booker, which hosted their wedding after-party. Justin McGregor and Josiah Carr with SAMKOMA event design and photography were there to coordinate and capture the day. I had the pleasure of interviewing Booker's events manager, Dreelan Hubbard and senior events coordinator, Kelsey Kenshalo, about all the details.
The Vision
"Tay and Taylor booked an after-hours event here at Booker Vineyard. It took place the day after their wedding/reception and acted as a farewell party for all guests to enjoy."

Booking the estate after-hours lets you enjoy exclusive access to our tasting room, fire pits, bocce courts, and lounge. The couple chose to access our cave lounge as an oasis to enjoy a private moment among the party."

"The Lautner's have been a part of our Booker wine club family for some time now and we were very excited to help them celebrate their special weekend here in Paso Robles. Although we do not offer wedding services, we are always excited to be a part of couples celebrations in unique ways."

How did you utilize your skills and experience to make your couple's vision come to life?
"Each guest has their own needs and desires and our staff strives to create unique experiences for each guest. Our facility has a range of locations and activities offered to create their own custom experience."
How did this wedding/event differ from other weddings/events you have been a part of?
"This was one of the larger events we have done here at Booker Vineyard. This differed from other events as the couple wanted to keep the cave a secret hideaway for themselves which was a unique touch that they ended up enjoy immensely."
